All of our villa subdivisions, including The Village at Riverbend, Rutherford and Fieldbrook, feature homeowners' associations that provide lawn care and snow removal services for a low monthly fee.  These services include lawn cutting, lawn fertilization and pest treatment, in-ground sprinkler system winterization, and snow removal from the driveway, lead walk and city sidewalk.  With all of these services provided by the HOA, you will have more free time to relax and pursue other interests.  Residents who travel extensively or have second homes appreciate that their lawns and driveways will be kept looking cut or cleared while they are away.
