The Master Bathroom in the Valencia model displays an optional tile shower, this one constructed with subway tiles.

In addition to two full bathrooms in the master suite and in the BR2/BR3 wing, the Valencia has a half-bath for guests. 

The Loft can serve as space for a craft room or media room.  It has a convenient walk-in entry to the floored attic space over the garage.

There is plenty of storage space in the walk-in attic, accessible from the Loft.

The Valencia's basement offers plenty of storage space.

The Covereed Porch is accessible from the Sunroom.
